Before I've come on here to complain and vent ..... I've tried 24/7 online chat and I've tried to call ???? All I want as a valued customer is some help and advise ..... not too much to ask for

Played the slots for a few weeks, tried a few of the offers. Some wins, some losses. Then suddenly they email to say you can't qualify for any promotions anymore. Might as well have a conversation with a brick wall rather than trying customer service. They actively ignore any questions you ask and just copy and paste the same generic replies that tell you nothing. Eventually they admitted they do this to every account at some stage. Not exactly providing a fair experience by taking away the promotions that actually give the customer a chance.

So as all gala sites they claim its all games of chance or in other words we set the rtp to make sure you never win. A really good example of non paying games are all thr Big Bass games and Fishing Frenzy and even it you get the bonus games you get the lowest cah amounts everytime. I tried all gala sires on the new big bass splash and made 100 spins on each and got one bonus game and won £2.38 !!! how shocking , its not chance its greed !

I think it is not right, if you play and win it's all good but when it comes to withdrawal from them it says it can take up to 4 hours and put in ur bank account, well I won over £350 and withdrawal £350 this was at 4.55 in the morning and I'm still waiting for it to go in my bank account they need to sort something out or they will lose customers

Dreadful experience….followed all the rules and did not receive my £40 Welcome Bonus. Spent 35 mins on chat which was a waste of my time. I opened my account and closed it on the same day.

Played few games on gala bingo, slots were good deposited £20 played and got upto £50 decided to spin bigger, no big loss, features added and withdrew £2,100.00 decent site

Over £1000 spent on online slots on different stakes £1-£2-£10 etc and not 1 single feature or bonus whatsoever
It was paying like £1 win on £10 stake
- 40pence - 60pence wins on £1-£2 stake
And I’ve have never ever had so many blank / dead spins and no features or bonuses through so many deposits how is that possible ? WOW

I want to leave this review for this people that suck my money its obviously scamm this app. I never win just if you put 5k £ 10k £ you win maybe 500£ 1000£ after I put lot of money they closed my account and put a limit on hold because they found something suspicious on my account like I deposit too much money like 3.5k £ in one night after that I couldnt play anymore and I was playing on bet 5£ and 10£ to see this what they did and now nobody call me my account is blocked I will just say this and I dont need nothing just this PRAY TO GO TO GOD AND GIVE THEM THIS IN RETURN ,ALL THE MONEY THAT THEY SCAM PEOPLE AND NOT GIVING ANY WININGS TO BUY JUST MEDICAMENTS AND TO DIE ALL OWNERS AND FAMILY THEY HAVE AND THE WORKERS WHO ARE WILLING TO HELP THEM SCAMMING PEOPLE ,PLEASE GUYS WHO READ THIS REVIEW PRAY WITH ME TO GOD FOR THIS PEOPLE TO SUFFER AS WE DID AND TO NOT HAVE LIFE UNTIL THEY ARE FAIR-PLAY. It is not possible for the same people to win all day especially when the games are linked to other clubs and there are sometimes over 500 people playing..The Random number generator is obviously rigged by gala to pay out to people who pay the most in to their profits..I mean they are not wanting them to leave and the wins keep them there also the same nonsense coming from all the chat hosts..'Its not fixed'..'Every ticket has the same chance of winning' which quite frankly is utter rubbish.and woe betide any player who complains as thy will be hit by a chat ban..Gala are evidently lying fraudsters and need closing down.

Been on gala bingo for about 2 years was ok injoyed myself.no problems.now.they put my loss.limit to.100 bloody.quid a.month they asked for proof of income sent them my bank statement but becouse I use a different bank card to play with them they want proof of that card but my income don't go on that card it's just so I can go online and buy stuff has my other card is just a cash card savings acount so now I carnt go on there so much now would of given 4 stars but they gone down to 1 very disappointed and foxy bingo and gala spins all they same company

I enjoy playing on Gala, i admit i don’t like the new lobby and layout of the site but there are some good bingo rooms and loads of slot games to play. I do find it a little hard to win but when i do i seem to be on a roll and end up winning a decent amount. Withdrawals are quick and live chat are quite helpful. Gala is definitely one of the best bingo sites and i have tried a lot.

i played gala for 17 years everyday playing bingo...i left as i was tired of losing constantly and watching the same winners names every other game....i come to realise that i would end up bankrupt if i carried on playing on this site as like with my experiance with many other online bingo sites ive joined and played in the past they are all out to make lots of profit so why would they be so willing to give players a win?....my advice to anyone playing online sites is to be carefull as they keep you losing so you end up depositing more in the hope that your see luck soon....but it isnt about luck when most games are so obviously fixed!...the gambling commission would have shut these sites down years ago if they did their jobs correctly(they would see the pattern ive seen)surely!...but these big corporations are owned by people who have a finger in every pie out to make billions out of suckers like us!
